Once again, following his dreams, in 2000, Tony opened Mango Jam Gift Shop in Ridgewood, NJ. Mango Jam was a key part of Ridgewood, winning several awards for “Best Gift Shop in Bergen County.” In 2020, Tony retired the store after 20 years to expand his very successful, Mango Interiors.
Mango Interiors was founded in 2002. A full-service design firm focusing on both residential and commercial design. His work includes projects in both North and South Jersey as well as New York. Tony renovated and redesigned several top Ridgewood restaurants including Latour and Pearl. Some of his residential work includes a 5-bedroom apartment on Park Ave., NYC, a luxury penthouse in Edgewater, and many homes in the Ridgewood/Glen Rock communities.
He served 8 years as Secretary, Vice President and 2 terms as President of the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce. In 2010 he founded The Ridgewood Guild. The Ridgewood Guild holds many successful events and programs throughout the year to ensure that the CBD remains vibrant. To name a few…The Ridgewood Guild International Film Festival, Music in the Night, Movies in the Park, Art in the Park, Music Fest, and Winterfest. He served several years as a director on the Library Foundation and resurrected the Ridgewood Arts Council after a 10-year hiatus. He currently lives in Ridgewood and is viewed as a community leader.
